His principle strengths are in developing strategic concepts, and translating these visions into reality, having been described as an "action orientated translator". His ability to competently mix strategic understanding with operational drivers has been built around his formal trade and professional training. His underlying expertise is in Change Management and Business Improvement, and has been predominately delivered within a Supply Chain environment.
Laurence Stitt
Laurence's diverse background in accounting and management positions within agriculture, manufacturing and construction industries for multinational and small and medium business brings a unique set of skills. His accounting background provides the basis for his analytical skills while his management experience in a diverse range of industries provides a high level of strategic thinking.
Graham Mannix
Graham started work as an apprentice draftsman and progressed to his own detail design drafting business. He then commenced his present Engineering and Construction Services business. His career has been dominated by a diversity of engineering and construction disciplines which have included all facets of Structural Steel, Reinforced Concrete, Prestressed Concrete, Precast Concrete, Materials Handling, Petrochemical Piping, Civil Engineering, Architecture and Project/Construction Management. This diversity makes him a unique practitioner of construction and engineering skills. His skills are also complimented by a QBSA Builders Licence.
